1. A 72- hour return policy: Request for returns must be initiated within a 3-day period after receiving the item. To initiate a refund or return, please contact support@albertaandhonoria.com. A response will be sent within 3 days.<\/li>
2. Eligibility for a return: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent: unused or unworn, tags and packaging elements all intact.<\/li>
3. The customer bears the shipping cost of the return.<\/li>
4. We require proof of purchase or receipt for returns and refunds.<\/li>
5. If the product doesn’t have any defects or damage after delivery has been initiated.<\/li>
6. If it is proven beyond reasonable doubt that the error is from our end.<\/li>
7. A refund will be initiated within 7 – 10 business days after receiving and assessing the state of the returned goods.<\/li>
8. We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.<\/li>
9. Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted.<\/li>
10. Returns are required to be sent to our pick-up station in Lagos, Nigeria.<\/li>
