3.1 These Terms, together with the Order Form<\/strong>, Confirmation Notice<\/strong>, Privacy Policy, and all other operating rules or policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to the provision of the Products<\/strong> (the \u201cAgreement\u201d), and supersede any previous agreements, undertaking or proposals, written or oral, between us in relation to this, and all past courses of dealing or industry custom.
