REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We offer exchanges but as a last resort, we may issue a refund based on certain criteria:
- A 72- hour return policy: Request for returns must be initiated within a 3-day period after receiving the item. To initiate a refund or return, please contact support@albertaandhonoria.com. A response will be sent within 3 days.
- Eligibility for a return: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent: unused or unworn, tags and packaging elements all intact.
- The customer bears the shipping cost of the return.
- We require proof of purchase or receipt for returns and refunds.
- If the product doesn’t have any defects or damage after delivery has been initiated.
- If it is proven beyond reasonable doubt that the error is from our end.
- A refund will be initiated within 7 – 10 business days after receiving and assessing the state of the returned goods.
- We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Returns are required to be sent to our pick-up station in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Custom orders or personalized merchandise can not be exchanged or returned.
