REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We offer exchanges but as a last resort, we may issue a refund based on certain criteria:

  1. A 72- hour return policy: Request for returns must be initiated within a 3-day period after receiving the item. To initiate a refund or return, please contact support@albertaandhonoria.com. A response will be sent within 3 days.
  2. Eligibility for a return: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent: unused or unworn, tags and packaging elements all intact.
  3. The customer bears the shipping cost of the return.
  4. We require proof of purchase or receipt for returns and refunds.
  5. If the product doesn’t have any defects or damage after delivery has been initiated.
  6. If it is proven beyond reasonable doubt that the error is from our end.
  7. A refund will be initiated within 7 – 10 business days after receiving and assessing the state of the returned goods.
  8. We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  9. Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted.
  10. Returns are required to be sent to our pick-up station in Lagos, Nigeria.
  11. Custom orders or personalized merchandise can not be exchanged or returned.
